Our Rental Policies
- Minimum: 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours or 24 hours depending on equipment
- Day rate: 6 To 24 Hours
- Week Rate: 4 to 7 consecutive days
- Month Rate: 3 to 4 consecutive weeks
Rental charges are calculated from time out until ALL items are returned. One day rentals are considered 6 to 24 hours out with up to 8 operating hours on metered equipment. Rentals are to be paid at the time of return, unless otherwise authorized. Rental prices do not include fuel, damage waiver, or sales tax.
NOTE: Rent will continue to be charged on all items for all time out. Return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN or additional charges will continue to be charged.
A valid driver’s license and 2 current phone numbers are required. If renting a vehicle, proof of insurance is required or customer must accept the insurance offered through Ango Kernan Rentals & Sales.
Deposits are required on all items when picked up or delivered. Deposits are accepted via cash, credit or debit card, depending on equipment being rented. (This excludes account customers) We accept Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Deposits vary per item and are at the discretion of Ango Kernan Rentals & Sales.
If customer is using a debit or credit card for deposit either an open credit card will be taken or the actual deposit amount will be charged to the customer’s card. If an actual deposit amount is charged to customers card the final rental totals are taken from the deposit and the difference is then refunded. If an open credit card is taken as a hold only, then customer will only be charged for the final rental amount.

We automatically apply a Damage Waiver Fee to all rental contracts at time of contract opening which covers repair costs (limitations noted on contract). You may decline the coverage at the time of opening the rental with proof of insurance that will cover rental equipment. You will then be responsible for any repairs or replacement if there is any damage to the equipment upon return.
Rental charges are based on 8 hours of use during a 24-Hour period. 4 metered hours of use during a 4 hour period. Extra charges will be assessed on all metered hours over 8 per day or 4 per half day. During a 7 day week rental your metered rental charges are based on 40 hours of use.
The customer is responsible for all tire damage and flats. If we are called for onsite repair we will charge our shop rate.
Reservations are accepted on most rental items. Reservations can be made with an accepted credit or debit card. In order to hold any equipment for you at a specified time, a deposit is required. All cash customers are required to pay a deposit. If you fail to pick up the reserved equipment at the specified time, a $20 fee will be assessed.
All equipment is sent out clean. Customer is responsible for returning all items clean. A cleaning fee will be assessed on any items returned dirty. Cleaning fees vary.
Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from pickup or delivery of equipment until items are returned. All items should be secured and protected from the weather while in customer’s possession. Any equipment left unattended on the lot of Ango Kernan Rentals while store is closed, is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Missing Equipment:
The customer is responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery to the time of return. All equipment must be returned in the same condition as received. We wil charge the customer for broken, damaged, non-rinsed or missing items in addition to the rental charge. If the Customer is not present at the time of delivery or pick up, all counts as well as damages are solely accounted for by Ango Kernan Rentals & Sales.
