Rental Policies

Rental periods

  • Minimum
  • 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours or 1 day depending on equipment

  • 4 consecutive weeks to the same time
NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT.  For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.


A valid driverís license and phone number are required.


All rentals are cash in advance with the exception of established commercial accounts; VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards are accepted.


Delivery available upon request.  Please contact store to inquire about delivery fee.


Deposit required on all rental items.

Damage Waiver

You are responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse, or loss of equipment. 

We automatically apply a Damage Waiver Fee to all rental contracts at time of contract opening which covers repair costs (limitations noted on contract). You can decline the coverage at the time of opening the rental with proof of insurance covering rental equipment and you will then be responsible for any repairs or replacement if there is any damage to the rental equipment.

Metered Equipment

Rental charges are based on 8 hours of use during a 24-Hour period.  Extra charges will be assessed on hours over 8 hours per day or 40 hours per week.


The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats.  If we are called for on-site repair we will charge our shop rate.


Reservations are accepted but we warned that you will be charged for the reserved item even if you fail to pick it up. We will have it ready for you. Reservations not cancelled before 72 hours are charged the daily rate. $20.00 of deposit is non-refundable. All cash customers must pay for the reserved item at the time of reservation. Reservations can be made with accepted credit cards.

Cleaning Fees

Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean.  A cleaning charge will be added if equipment is returned dirty.


Responsibility for rental items remains with the customer from delivery to return. All items should be secured and protected from the weather. Additional charges for replacements are made for missing or damaged items.

Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
